About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team as we dig deeper into the mid‑to‑enterprise market. In this role you will lead outbound prospecting and inbound lead management, build a new pipeline with the support of our BDR partner, and own the full sales cycle. Your objective is to exceed quarterly and annual quotas while collaborating closely with internal teams and partners.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as the primary driving force for revenue and customer success in the assigned territory.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand organizational structure, decision‑makers, procurement processes, IT systems and workflow.
- Identify customer needs and match them to ROLLER solutions.
- Articulate the value and benefits of ROLLER solutions to all levels within customer organizations.
- Leverage marketing slide decks, craft custom sales presentations, and deliver demos via phone, webinar or in‑person.
- Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure customer commitments.
- Act as the lead contact for aligning internal ROLLER teams with key customer stakeholders.
- Develop short‑, mid‑, and long‑term strategic and tactical execution plans to ensure success.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement each month and quarter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business or related field.
- Based in Germany and open to a hybrid working environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- 5–7 years of closing SaaS sales and proven ability to hit growth metrics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and prospecting skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with business aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Role Play Presentation – deliver a discovery‑call style presentation.
- Offer – if fit is right, we conduct reference checks and extend an offer.
