Studio Fedde is looking for an enthusiastic Design & Sales consultant in Germany. As a Design & Sales consultant , you will work online with customers and be responsible for sales and after-sales. You have a passion for interior design and get energy from contact with customers. You will join a growing team that is passionate about translating the customer's wish into the dream kitchen or cabinet.
About usStudio Fedde originated from a Dutch interior panel company with the aim of providing a total solution for custom-made fronts that fit seamlessly with IKEA kitchens and cabinets.
Your daily responsibilities- Responsible for online appointments with customers
- Responsible for communication with customers via e-mail and telephone
- Complaint handling and registration
- Reporting to the manager
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- You will work on location in Germany
- Part-time or full-time working week of 32-37 hours
- 25 holidays
- Annual contract with a view to permanent employment
- Opportunities to grow into a managerial position
