Key Account Director – Telecommunications (Germany)

An innovative global technology company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive strategic and deliver revenue growth with major Tier 1 broadband service provider in Germany.
About the RoleYou will build and drive the relationship with Deutsche Telekom leading cross-functional teams to define and execute a strategic account plan to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead account strategy and relationship management across multiple domains.
- Deliver against KPIs and business objectives, ensuring measurable results.
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies across all relevant business units.
- Build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Promote the company’s technology vision and ensure strong positioning within the account.
- Identify and secure new business, grow revenue, and expand the qualified sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams and executives to deliver value‑based solutions.
- 10+ years’ experience in technology sales to large Tier 1 broadband service providers.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex, value‑based deals.
- Expertise in structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, TAS, BANT).
- Strong understanding of broadband network access (PON), cloud and premise systems, Wi‑Fi, TR‑69, and customer experience management.
- Skilled at managing the full sales cycle from champion to C‑level.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in SFDC, Microsoft Office, Power
BI. - Willingness to travel up to 50%.
