Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, and dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising presentation, and customer service.;
Train associates in proper food handling and perishable standards.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.;
Maintain inventory levels and sanitation in Perishable departments.
