Sam's Club - 3750 West Market Street, Unit J - Responsibilities:
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and pulling items from shelves;
Ensures accuracy of orders and invoices and secures items until Members arrive;
Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to feedback;
Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and procedures
