Store Crew role at 7-Eleven.

Retail Sales Associate — Crew positions are entry level opportunities with both full and part time possibilities to fit your schedule. Cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role, with some food service positions specifically tasked with food prep and food service safety. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

• A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.

• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including coffee preparation.
• Excellence in cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task, stand for periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
