Job Summary:

A Friend Ship Stocker is responsible for delivering Wicked Awesome Customer service to Friend Ship guests, and ensuring they have access to the merchandise they are looking for by organizing product displays and storage. Primary responsibilities include stocking shelves, coolers, product displays, cleaning restrooms, sweeping floors, and emptying trash cans both inside and outside.

Friend Ship Stocker Responsibilities:

• Provide Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS) to Friend Ship customers each day.
• Assists in receiving, placing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, coolers and freezers as needed.
• Identifies and communicates merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff.
• Maintain interior and exterior store appearance according to Friend Ship standards (CABs)
• Work with the General Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures & occasionally wait on customers.
• Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
• Regular attendance is required.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects


• Ability to work in temperatures of a cooler and freezer
