Position: Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)
Location: New Richmond

Overview

Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) at 7-Eleven. We’re hiring immediately and focused on your success. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
  • Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity to maintain high retention.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in stock.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong intrapersonal skills.
  • Utilize computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel) to support operations.
  • Maintain eligibility for the role with required education and experience, including a High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of Retail Management experience.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain automotive liability insurance during employment.
  • Multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees, alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Experience assisting in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
  • Commitment to a clean, safe store environment with adherence to health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License required; maintain automotive liability insurance during employment.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties (standing, bending, reaching) with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
