Guest Attendant - General Store

  • Seasonal
  • $15.50 per/hour
  • 21-24 hours/week (8:00A-4:00P)
  • 3-day work week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Job Summary

The Guest Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience within the General Store. This position is responsible for providing warm, attentive customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting daily retail operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, detail oriented, and committed to creating a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon entry.
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise, recommending items based on their needs, preferences, and upcoming occasions.
  • Support guests in finding gifts or curated product combinations.
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and gift card purchases in accordance with policy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
  • Restock shelves, racks, and displays to maintain inventory availability throughout the day.
  • Assist with merchandising updates, signage placement, and product rotation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to store leadership.
  • Ensure counters and display areas remain neat and guest ready.
Job Qualifications
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
