Overview

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead our stores and ensure smooth operations. This role involves overseeing staff, managing cash and inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure all store operations (cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations) run efficiently.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold the store’s grooming standards.
• Set a positive tone and act as a role model for the team.

• Experience leading a team, managing staff of 3–30 people.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license; must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
