• Pay Range: $11.00 – $17.00 per hour (may include performance premiums)

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure the telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing refunds accurately and staging returned merchandise correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules, obtain approval for deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming security alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.
• Assume shift‑management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
