Seasonal Sales Associate

We're looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure a visually appealing environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer return.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned store zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience, especially with music and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
