As a Customer Service Associate II, you will assist with the daily operations of your assigned store, including merchandising and supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and can switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Cleaning and maintaining store areas, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal, to keep areas neat and presentable
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or related environments is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High integrity
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
