• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in maintaining high employee retention through leadership development and empowering staff.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment complying with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience is acceptable.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
