• Drive store KPIs, leading a high‑performing team.

• Maintain a physically active work environment, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Manage travel by car and air domestically as needed.

• 4‑year college or university degree in business, retail management, or equivalent.

• Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 12 months of Store Management experience.

• Proficiency in operating personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading diverse groups.

• Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and independent decision‑making abilities.

• Inspirational attitude contributing to a positive team environment.

• English language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.

• Reliability, consistent attendance, and punctuality.

• Legal 18 years or older and willing to travel domestically.
