We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our Minit Mart location in Creston, OH. This part‑time, on‑site role involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining cleanliness and organization, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include processing transactions efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting inventory management tasks such as restocking and inventory counts. The Retail Associate will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and customer‑centric environment.

• Strong Customer-focused Service and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and basic Inventory Management skills to ensure proper stock levels and organization
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
