GENERAL

SUMMARY:

Preparing food to order for employees. Includes grill cooking and cash register duties.

• The employee’s primary task will be to prepare food per employee orders.
• The employee will also perform grill cooking, cash register duties and cleaning duties.
• The employee must positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service.
• The employee will occasionally lift up to 35 pounds, perform stocking duties, operate dishwasher equipment, while also cleaning the cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards.
• The employee must comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines.

• MINIMUM
  
  EDUCATION REQUIRED:
  
  Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
  
  REQUIRED:
  
  three months as a general food prep cook.
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED): six months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties preferred.
• OTHER
  
  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  
  Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 8‑hr shift.
