• Welcome Every Guest:
  Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations and waiting lists, and seat guests efficiently.
• Manage Reservations:
  Answer phones, record reservations, and maintain organized seating charts to ensure smooth service flow.
• Deliver Excellent Service:
  Provide menus, introduce guests to their servers, and handle inquiries or concerns with care and professionalism.
• Keep It Tidy:
  Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance area, and front‑of‑house environment.
• Support the Team:
  Communicate table status with servers and assist with guest flow during peak periods.
• Share Information:
  Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, or events to enhance their dining experience.
