Job Summary

We are seeking a Cook to join our culinary team at Heritage Village of Waterville. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for our residents, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience within our communities.

This position has a starting pay rate of $16.50 an hour.

Compensation & Schedule

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. In addition to our current full‑time opportunity, we also have flexible employment options available including Part Time, PRN, and a great Weekend Warrior program! Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
  • Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
  • Assist in menu planning to meet the nutritional needs of residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with culinary aides and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs.
