Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

Jersey Mike's Subs in Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge Township, OH is hiring! We are looking for great people that want to join our culture and make a difference one great sub sandwich at a time!

We are currently looking to hire Shift Leaders (must be 18 or older due to operations) with open availability including weekends!

Pay:
Starting $14-$16/hr PLUS TIPS (which average an extra $3.50-$4.00/hr to your pay!!)

A Shift Leader is an entry level management position with our company. As part of the management team, this job includes, but is not limited to:

• Trained to bake bread/cook bacon/operate meat slicer
• Producing high quality food
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Cash handling
• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Effective communication - with team and with customers!
• Having a sense of urgency
