Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting members, resolving any issues or complaints promptly
• Manage and train staff members, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
• Coordinate catering events and banquet functions

• Minimum of 3 years of full service restaurant management experience
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food handling and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
