Customer satisfaction is crucial at Brenz, starting with the kitchen staff. The main responsibility of the Cook is to prepare, store, and supply all high-quality ingredients to ensure we can produce great food quickly. As part of the Brenz team, all employees are expected to be willing to help wherever needed to produce our award-winning food.

This is intense work. You must be able to quickly and accurately cut, chop, prepare, and properly store large quantities of food that meet our standards. You should also be able to stand for your entire shift and work in hot or cold conditions while preparing food.

Previous kitchen experience is recommended. Our team members need to work quickly, follow directions and recipes accurately, and operate kitchen tools and equipment safely.
