Job Summary
Executive is responsible for quality control activities in accordance to regulations and requirements and inspects incoming, in-process and outgoing products/shipments for adherence to quality requirements. He/She is able to assist quality queries, customers complaints and audit. Preferably basic knowledge in regulatory affaris and compliance standards to align the organisation's QMS with international and national regulatory standards for compliance.
In addition, he can recommend continuous improvement and enhance department operations. He is able to support in designing documentation guidelines and templates, as well as delivers quality-related training.
Executive is meticulous and systematic in carrying out his tasks and able to identify discrepancies in quality issues and suggest resolutions. He has the basic communication skills which enables him to interact with groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Job ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships
- Perform records and documentation of customer engagements.
- Propose customer requests that deviate from signed contractual agreement at the guidance of the manager.
- Report and assist customer dissatisfaction of products, service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Initiate products services/technical nuances related to product and services and/or product and service offerings.
- Support research on product and material development to enhance product value for customers.
- Propose adoption of new technologies and procedures to support productivity and innovation.
- Perform and apply quality audit data for data analytics.
- Apply lean practices for Quality activities.
- Perform Quality activities and generate monthly report for near miss, complaints, non-conformance products and deviation reports and ensure the results to meet KPIs.
- Support internal and external quality audit programmes
- Identify process improvements to address identified product quality issues.
- Report complaint management activities, including investigation and vigilance reporting, quality incidence (non-conformity), and deviation and incidents handling and reporting.
- Perform day to day quality control activities adhere to production schedule.
- Perform inspection of incoming, in-process and outgoing products/shipments for adherence to quality requirements
- Propose investigation root cause and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Execute facility maintenance for critical equipment.
- Execute maintenance programme.
- Execute engineering projects.
- Assist in implementation of maintenance and engineering risk assessments, processes and work instructions.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy documentation to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and requirements.
- Apply documentation management system.
- Update and distribution of documents as required.
- Prepare information needed for audits of the documentation management system.
- Record results of document control audits
- Assist and Support training on QMS, regulatory and other requirements.
- Propose training programmes and materials for QMS, regulatory and other requirements.
- Collect training data outcomes and effectiveness.
- Recognised Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or relevant Health care related subjects
- Non-Registrable Degree in Pharmacy
