Support our team at the earliest possible date as a Quality Management Specialist - PMS & Vigilance (m/f/d).
- Your main task will be to create, maintain, and evaluate post-market surveillance reports in accordance with regulatory requirements in order to ensure the safety and compliance of our medical products on the market.
- By analyzing and evaluating customer complaints regarding safety and compliance, you will ensure that risks are identified at an early stage and appropriate measures are taken.
- In addition, you will be responsible for reporting vigilance cases to authorities and responding to inquiries.
- You will also be involved in CAPA processes, risk assessments, and possible recall measures.
Your tasks will also include assisting with the preparation of audits and presenting your PMS results.
What you bring with you
- Completed degree in natural sciences or engineering or comparable qualification
- Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in quality management, post-market surveillance, vigilance, or regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of normative and regulatory principles in accordance with ISO 13485, MDR, ISO 14971, and CFR 820
- Very good analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills when working with internal teams and external authorities
Very good written and spoken German and English
