• Prüfung, Kommentierung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsunterlagen (NDA, AGB, AEB etc.) und Unterstützung unserer Rechtsanwälte
  * innen
• Ansprechpartner für operative Kolleg
  * innen bei vertragsrelevanten Fragestellungen im Standardgeschäft und bei Ausschreibungen
• Pflege der Vertragsdatenbank, Koordination von Prozessen und Digitalisierung interner Abläufe
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Management-Systems und Bearbeitung von Compliance-Fällen
• Betreuung der internen Kommunikationskanäle sowie Vorbereitung von Meetings und Entscheidungsvorlagen

• Erfolgreichabgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Verwaltungswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement / Contract Management
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Vertragsprüfung von Standardverträgen
• Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Interesse an Digitalisierungstools / - software
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
