Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

• Implement and monitor quality procedures on site in line with the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
• Audit the execution of foundation construction subprocesses
• Inspect the incoming materials (templates, formwork, rebar, tools) for specification compliance
• Review quality documents from subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify, document, and manage non-conformities during construction
• Check subcontractors' quality methods and documentation on site
• Ensure all required tests and verifications are performed and documented per QCP
• Provide technical support to the Site Manager and BOP Manager on quality matters
• Conduct final inspections of foundations before handover to the I&C team
• Participate in coordination meetings to align on quality expectations and procedures
• Report daily on construction progress regarding quality
• Coordinate with the global quality team in terms on site-related tasks and activities

• Technical training or a degree in engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in construction, experience with concrete processes and construction activities desirable. Experience with quality procedures
• Work experience in construction control and supervision services
• Resolution of possible technical issues
• Capable to work in teams
• A valid driver's license recognized in Germany is required for this position
