• Provide personalized care, ensuring each animal receives the correct food, exercise, and attention.
• Monitor behavior and habits, promptly notifying the medical team of any unusual health concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennel areas, runs, and outdoor grounds.
• Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies and collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare.
• Reliability and strong work ethic, able to handle tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure under stress.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform active duties.
• Preferred experience as a kennel assistant; flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
