Family Practice Nurse Practitioner 10,000 Sign On

  • Monday - Friday
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Specialty certification required.
  • Valid certificate to prescribe medication in accordance with sections .483 of the Ohio Revised Code, Rules of Ohio Board of Nursing, and in the Ohio Board of Nursing formulary.
