Position: Registered Nurse (RN) FT (6am-6:30pm) On-Call

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This is a great opportunity for a RN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment.

Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community.

The position has a starting pay rate of $40 an hour. The typical schedule is three(3) 12-hour shifts per week. The standard schedule does not include any assigned weekends. The role participates in the clinical rotation and takes On-Call for the building as needed on rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
