Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time (36 hours/week) or Part-time (flexible shifts available).
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
• Hourly Pay: $29.00 – $45.00 (based on degree & experience).
• Shift Differentials: $3.50/hr (evenings) and $4.50/hr (nights).
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in three annual installments of $5,000).
• Relocation assistance available.
• Full benefits package included.

What We’re Looking For:

• BSN or ADN degree required.
• Current Ohio RN license required.
• Valid CPR certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (must obtain within one year of employment).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions and administer treatments based on care plans.
• Monitor and document vital signs, medications, and progress.
• Provide leadership and mentorship while collaborating with other caregivers.
• Ensure unit readiness for HFAP accreditation through ongoing compliance.
• Participate in patient rounds and maintain a compassionate bedside manner.
