Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Heritage ÕWaterville, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. ہفت This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA). You will join a dedicated team focused on providing quality care in a family‑focused environment.

The position has a starting pay rate of $19 an hour.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is three (3) 12‑hour shifts a week. The standard schedule includes an every‑other weekend rotation. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview. In addition to our current full‑time opportunity, we also have flexible employment options available including part time, PRN, and a great Weekend Warrior program. Interested in learning more? Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
  • Support residents’ emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
