Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Nights

Crestline Nursing Center is now hiring RNs and LPNs for 8 or 12 hour shifts for Night Shift who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. • Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Any other job duties as assigned

• Must have an active Certification as an RN/LPN
• Experience preferred, not required
