Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the organization’s care philosophy
• Providing general and psychiatric nursing care
• Following medical orders and treatment plans
• Advocating for patients

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current unencumbered nursing license in the state
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, especially with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients
• Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and communication with review organizations
