Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position supports our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family‑focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team focused on quality care in a family‑centered environment.

Pay

& Schedule

Starting pay rate: $19 per hour. The typical schedule is three 12‑hour shifts per week, with an every‑other‑weekend rotation. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
  • Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
