Registered Nurse (RN) – Englewood Health and Rehab, Englewood, OH 45322.

Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a long‑term acute care setting. The RN will administer medications, coordinate care plans, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and document changes in health status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure proper documentation of resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Uphold facility policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in OH.
• Previous experience in long‑term acute care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Interest in geriatric population.
