Aufgaben umfassen die pädagogische Begleitung und die organisationale Weiterentwicklung des Programms. Voraussetzungen sind ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit und interkulturelle Erfahrung. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach AVR-Caritas, und es werden flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie mobile Arbeit angeboten.
