Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Wirtschaftliche und effiziente Disposition unseres Nahverkehrsfuhrparks
- Aktive Steuerung und Überwachung von Zustellungen und Abholungen
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Nahverkehrsfahrer
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen, Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
- Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Zustell- und Abholhindernissen sowie Reklamationen
- Aktive Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Kennzahlen zu Produktivität, Qualität und Service
