Our structured program lasts 12 months (Full‑time, 40h/week) and provides you with a 360‑degree education in Performance Marketing:

• Deep Dive Marketing:
  Master general and industry‑specific KPIs through intensive hands‑on training.
• Campaign Management:
  Learn to set up, analyze, and optimize international campaigns, including Programmatic Media Buying.
• Multichannel Expertise:
  Gain practical experience in Email Marketing, Push Notifications, and Banner creation.
• Sales Interface:
  Work closely with our sales teams and learn how to acquire and manage affiliates successfully.
• Data Intelligence:
  Take responsibility for Data Quality Management and support our controlling processes.
• Global Mindset:
  Participate in country‑specific trainings to understand and conquer diverse international markets.

• Education:
  
  You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Digital Affinity:
  You have a strong passion for the internet and ideally some initial experience in Online Performance Marketing.
• Analytical Mindset:
  You enjoy working with data, possess a good technical understanding, and take a proactive approach to your tasks.
• Personality:
  You are a team player with high emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Languages:
  
  You are fluent in English (C1 level). Additionally, you have excellent proficiency in at least one other major EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish).
• Work Authorization:
  You hold a valid work permit for Germany at the time of application.
