High-end streetwear from Berlin since 2015. Gender-neutral design shown at Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, and Taipei Fashion Weeks; active across Europe and Asia.

• Editorial & narrative: Shape season messaging for AW 27 / SS28 ; keep brand voice tight and consistent.
• Press office: Build/maintain press & stylist lists (DE/EU/Asia), write/distribute press notes & releases, manage sample loans/credits, keep image banks tidy.
• Media & creator relations: Pitch journalists/stylists, book desksides, coordinate creator/influencer seeding and deliverables.
• Event comms: Draft invites/SAVE THE DATE, manage RSVPs & guest lists, prepare press briefers, support show-day comms.
• Owned channels: Update Squarespace press/news pages, write newsletters, polish social copy; basic community management.
• Reporting: Weekly PR/comms recap (outreach, replies, placements, reach/EMV, sentiment) with clean CRM tracking.

• 30d: Audit channels/assets; set up press CRM; deliver core press/stylist list (100) ;
  Press Kit v1 ; weekly report template.
• 60d: Send 1 press note/release ; book 3 editor/stylist calls ; run 1 creator seeding ; update press page; send first press/B2B newsletter.
• 90d: Deliver a 10–12-slide PR deck (PDF ≤10 MB) ; secure 3+ earned mentions/credits or 1 feature/interview ; A/B test invite subject lines and report.
• 120–180d (if applicable): Ship 1 partnership announcement (plan + coverage); 1 influencer/content collab with KPI one-pager; own one event comms workstream end-to-end.
  Quality bar: clear writing, brand-consistent, typo-free, data-tracked, on time; sensible filenames.

• Enrolled BSc/MSc in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related.
• Strong English copywriting for press notes, captions, and emails.
• Confident with macOS (Keynote) &
  Google Workspace ; basic Sheets for tracking.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive; you manage your own deadlines.
• Legal right to intern in Germany (no sponsorship).

• Adobe CC (InDesign/Photoshop),
  Squarespace ,
  Meta Business Suite .
• German, Polish, or Mandarin.
• Experience with media tools (e.g., Muck Rack/Meltwater) or sample tracking.
• Basic photo/editing skills for press imagery.
• You prefer theory/observing over doing.
• You avoid pitching or follow-ups.
• Lists, deadlines, and tracking make you panic.

• Real ownership in a creative, fast-paced team.
• Deep insight into visual design, branding, PR/comms, and fashion operations.
• You will be part of the new collections and upcoming seasons SS27 and AW27
  and will actively support the organization of the Fashion Show as well as various exciting brand events.
• Coaching access to senior partners (e.g., McKinsey).
