In this role, you will work with the Group Director, Communications & Marketing and senior leaders in Sweden and Finland and will focus on marketing and communications activity in these countries. You will play a key role in building the awareness of the Logicor brand across our identified audiences and stakeholders, through targeted marketing and external communications. Leading the in-country agencies, you will be responsible for creating property marketing material and strategies to support the successful leasing of our assets in Sweden and Finland.

There is the opportunity and need to be involved in a variety of topics, from working with the teams in the competition to acquire land, to attracting and influencing customers to lease our buildings, to sustainability and what we’re doing to reach our goals. You will work closely with the whole team in Sweden and Finland and in close cooperation with broader marketing and communications team.

• Work with the Group Director, Communications and Marketing, Country Heads and Asset Managers to shape and deliver marketing and communication plans in line with leasing requirements and build brand profile through dedicated property marketing including events, performance marketing, traditional collateral, and paid for advertising sponsorship; as well as and external communications such as newsletters, press releases, social media content and panels.
• Update and monitor the performance of the country page on the website, accurately reflecting our vacant assets and optimised content.
• Manage local property and vacant unit marketing by ensuring quality materials are in place, the website is accurate and materials/brochures meet the needs of the Asset Managers.
• Draft and manage the country marketing and communications budget, balancing the country and HQ objectives, using a rigorous framework that ensures that value for money is delivered for each individual activity.
• Manage and coordinate in-country marketing and communications agencies to assist in delivering the local marketing strategy on time and budget.
• Work with the Senior Manager, Internal Communications to deliver engaging employee briefings through drafting and coordinating content (written and visual).
• Act as a guardian for consistency of the Logicor brand and style of content across each touchpoint.
• Deliver high quality events for our audience groups, for example brokers/agents and customers.
