The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will lead and be responsible for our end-to-end go-to-market strategy for core customer segments of Diligent Boards including managing positioning, messaging and pricing for regions within EMEA and APAC. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will be an expert in understanding our clients and market and build stories to help us engage current and future clients for long-term success, all while creating demand in the market and differentiating us from the competition.

This role’s impact will touch all parts of the company and help us fuel our growth as the market leader in this space. This role will be responsible for driving the success of Diligent’s Boards product within the EMEA and APAC regions.

This role will be responsible for positioning and messaging, product launches, market research, sales enablement and other initiatives that push our brand and business forward. You will work with your peers in Product Marketing collaborating on our other GRC solutions as well with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance and more. If you are someone who loves data and loves making the sophisticated simple, with a deep technical aptitude and passion for solving our client’s GRC challenges, this is the role for you.

You will work closely with the General Manager of our Governance Business Unit as well as senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Go-To-Market Strategy
    :
    Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, customer success, product) to define and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, ensuring alignment across all segments.
  • Market Insights and Analysis
    :
    Provide foundational insights including market analysis, TAM, ICPs, personas, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VoC) to guide marketing and product decisions.
  • Messaging and Content Development
    :
    Develop compelling and consistent messaging for sales, customer success, and marketing teams and create content, sales collateral, and enablement tools that drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Campaign Design and Execution
    :
    Lead multi‑channel campaigns (digital, content, events, web) in partnership with Sales and Marketing to achieve revenue and customer engagement targets, empowering sales and field marketing teams to amplify messaging.
  • Sales Enablement
    :
    Equip sales and customer success teams with training, tools, and assets to support pipeline development and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with market and product positioning.
