We are seeking a highly innovative Digital Marketer to drive consistent, high-quality lead generation through strategic management of all digital marketing channels. This includes paid search, Google LSA's/BP's, email and SMS campaigns, programmatic advertising, and other digital platforms. This role is responsible for optimizing performance, reducing cost-per-lead, increasing booked jobs, and ensuring every campaign aligns with the Five Star brand voice and growth goals.
Responsibilities- Campaign Management:
Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, performance max). Plan, build, and send segmented email and SMS campaigns with compelling CTAs. - LSA Performance:
Own performance of Google Local Services Ads - adjust budgets, dispute leads, and maintain top 3 placement. - Google Business Profile Optimization:
Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles with weekly updates, keyword-rich content, and review responses. - Performance Analysis:
Launch and oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and creative rotation. - Lead Generation:
Analyze lead generation performance and track attribution to improve ROI. - Brand Alignment:
Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure branded, conversion-focused assets. - Tracking and Reporting:
Ensure proper tracking and reporting using UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools. - Monitor Trends:
Monitor competitive trends and platform updates to keep the organization ahead in digital strategy.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign management
- Strong analytical, creative, and technical skills across digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and reporting tools
- A relentless desire to pursue campaign excellence and lead gen goals urgently
- Ability to demonstrate expertise of digital platforms and tools
- Passion to energetically and creatively tackle every campaign
- Generosity with knowledge and willingness to support team collaboration
- Transparency and honesty in reporting, always aligning with ethical ad practices
