- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing (B2B experience is a plus) or in technology companies, and you understand their specific characteristics well
- You easily adapt to a variety of tasks, are flexible, and proactively seek solutions
- You can organize your work independently, take responsibility for results, and perform effectively under pressure
- You communicate easily and build relationships naturally, fostering strong collaboration within the team and with external partners
- You can write engaging marketing content – you have a light, compelling writing style and can tailor messages to different channels
- You have experience working with agencies, freelancers, and marketing service providers
- You understand how paid campaigns work and can support their execution and performance evaluation (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Facebook Ads)
- You are proficient with CMS systems (Word Press preferred) and understand basic SEO principles
- You are a native German speaker and also communicate fluently in English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
- Preparing and executing a marketing action plan and budget for the German market, in cooperation with the team in Germany and Poland
- Delivering prospecting campaigns targeted at potential company clients, including account-based marketing activities
- Creating promotional materials for lead generation campaigns and for the promotion of services and products
- Preparing and editing marketing content for the website, blog, newsletters, e-books, and Linked In
- Conducting market and competitor analyses and drawing conclusions to support marketing activities
- Building the brand’s presence on social media through creating and publishing content
- Organizing the company’s participation in industry conferences and special events
- Organizing the company’s own events, such as roundtable sessions, for selected company clients
- Monitoring the achievement of marketing KPIs, in particular lead acquisition and campaign effectiveness
- Working with the Hub Spot CRM system and using it in day-to-day marketing activities
