We are seeking a highly creative and energetic content marketing specialist to join a growing Muzz team in Germany.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong content background.
You enjoy being on camera and always stay on top of social media trends. You will have creative ideas on how to build the Muzz brand digitally through content.
You have previously worked with influencers, studios, UGC-creators or content development (including static, video and viral content). Maybe you’re an influencer yourself or someone who enjoys being on stage and in front of the camera?
Please note:
You must be fluent in both German and English
- Manage day-to-day activities on German social channels including content creation, influencer management & content shoot days, planning, posting, and monitoring.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate unique content ideas.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify and record activities on the ground that can be transformed into dynamic social media content.
- Oversee the entire process of social media and content-driven campaigns, from concept creation to post-campaign analysis.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with regional teams to align posting schedules for maximum engagement.
- Make smart use of scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social) to manage and optimize global content output, ensuring timely posting across time zones.
- Repurpose content for different formats and platforms, optimizing for each platform’s audience and style.
- Be the person behind the social accounts of Muzz in Germany
- Lead the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) across various platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, and others.
- Identify key content pieces to be repurposed or shared multiple times across regions and platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
- This role is perfect for someone who’s got 3+ years experience working on social media & digital content
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices. Implement new strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- A creative thinker who can turn on-the-ground marketing activities into engaging online content.
- Strong ability to develop content calendars and optimize distribution through scheduling tools
- Demonstrate experience in creating and managing content for diverse, global audiences. Understanding of regional differences in social media usage is key here.
- A strong storyteller who will proudly be one of the global faces of Muzz with the ability to create engaging content with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data driven – tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
- 3+ Years proven experience managing and executing social media and content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Excellent management and communication skills. You’ll need to work with multiple teams across the business
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German – bonus if you can speak any other language
- Experience working in fast-pace consumer tech or consumer brands

An understanding of Muslim culture and the Muslim scene – either lived or learned and working across social communities
