Your Mission: You develop and execute international B2B marketing and communication to drive the acquisition and activation of PRO customers, ensure a clear professional differentiation from the B2C business, and provide scalable campaign toolboxes for all countries.

- Strategy Development:
Definition and sharpening of the B2B marketing strategy and PRO positioning, including key messages and communication architecture - Campaign Management:
Planning, execution, and optimization of central B2B marketing campaigns across all relevant channels - Lead Generation:
Development of acquisition campaigns and offers in close cooperation with the sales team and international country organizations - Sales Enablement:
Creation and management of marketing materials such as presentations and POS tools to support the sales teams in customer conversations - Touchpoint Management:
Steering B2B communication across digital channels and in-store touchpoints for a consistent PRO presence aligned with the OBI CX strategy - International Rollout:
Provision of campaign toolkits, guidelines, and best practices as well as support for local adaptation and execution - Performance Tracking:
Monitoring of relevant marketing KPIs and derivation of concrete optimization measures for future activities

Experience:
Extensive experience in B2B, trade, or SME marketing, ideally within a retail environment involving professional customers - Conceptual
Skills:
Ability to transform value propositions into clear, compelling messaging and creative campaign concepts - Execution Expertise:
Practical experience in planning and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including CRM knowledge - Project Management:
Strong coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration in an international or multi-country environment
