- Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der interne Kommunikationsstrategie
- Förderung eines offenen, dialogorientierten Informationsflusses zwischen Management und Mitarbeitenden
- Erstellung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Inhalten für ZAbridge, Mitarbeitenden-Magazin, Newsletter sowie multimediale Formate
- Planung und redaktioneller Betreuung interner Kommunikationsformate und
-kanäle - Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung interner Events und Austauschformate wie Townhall-Meetings oder Q&A-Sessions
- Analyse von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Erstellung von Reports und Beobachtung relevanter Trends
Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Marketing, Unternehmenskommunikation, Community- oder Social-Media-Management
- Begeisterung für das Themenfeld Kommunikation sowie Affinität für digitale Tools und deren stetige Weiterentwicklung
- Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
