As Marketing Communications Specialist, you will drive the execution of product-related marketing initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to our campaigns and launches.
Your Responsibilities- Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads.
- Create compelling content (e.g. website, social media, brochures, ads, presentations, event materials) that translates technical features into clear customer value.
- Develop and manage content for our digital channels
, ensuring consistent and engaging product storytelling for global and regional markets. - Execute product launches in close collaboration with Product Managers and Business Units – from concept support to rollout across channels.
- Plan and support global trade shows and events
, including coordination of communication materials and marketing activities. - Analyse and report on campaign performance to derive insights and suggest optimisations for future activities.
- Manage external agencies and creative partners
- Ensure brand consistency and coordinate internal approvals
- Contribute to Mar Com planning
, bringing in new ideas for campaigns, formats, and content initiatives.

You are a hands-on marketer who enjoys both creativity and structure – someone who likes to turn concepts into tangible deliverables.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a comparable field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing or Mar Com role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in campaign execution, content creation, and product-related marketing activities
. - A creative mind with strong editorial and conceptual skills, and excellent writing abilities across various formats and channels.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- A strong team player who collaborates effectively with stakeholders across functions, cultures, and regions.
- Enjoys developing innovative ideas
, new formats, and creative approaches. - A structured
, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working. - Proficiency in MS Office
; familiarity with additional creative or digital tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, basic video tools, CMS, etc.) is an advantage. - Fluent written and spoken English
