Thisis what you do
As our Digital B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how Dyflexis shows up across the DACH region, refining our voice, accelerating our reach, and making sure we stand out where it counts. This role is yours to shape: think fresh strategies, bold ideas, and the freedom to make real impact.
Your day‑to‑day? You’ll create and execute a regional marketing strategy that brings our scale‑up to life, both online and offline. From crafting sharp digital content for social media, our website, and campaigns to running lead‑generation initiatives (including AdWords), you’ll make sure Dyflexis gets noticed. Together with our Dutch marketing team and German sales team, you’ll transform strategy into real campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and awareness to our workforce management solution.
Consistency matters, so you’ll also manage an on‑ and offline content calendar to keep everything running smoothly. If you love building things fast and seeing your work make a real difference, this is your playground.
This is what you need- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing for B2B or SaaS companies
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills (German C1 level)
- Experience with demand‑generation campaigns and online marketing
- Understanding of German regional marketing: local needs, offline visibility, and traditional vs. modern marketing balance
- Ability to work independently in a scale‑up environment: hands‑on, collaborative proactive, communicative
- Experience working with or managing external agencies
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or willingness to learn)
- Language:
German and English (C1)
- Competitive salary between €3,500 – €5,500 (depending on experience)
