BRAND AMBASSADOR – WOMEN'S COMMUNITY (VOLUNTEER)

Our Women in Business Club is a private members’ community dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering women professionals in any field. We aim to foster collaboration, innovation, and success through a dynamic online and offline network, a comprehensive resource hub, engaging events, and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Position: Brand Ambassador Volunteer

Location: Virtual or in Berlin

As an event volunteer, your main focus will be on promoting our events online and assisting with event organisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Event Promotion: Support our communications team by creating and sharing content on social media, engaging with the community, and helping boost event visibility.
• Event Organisation: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in‑person events.
• Community Engagement: Interact with attendees online, answer questions, and keep the energy high before and during events.
• Speaker & Session Support: Coordinate with speakers, support logistics, and help sessions run smoothly.
• Digital Resource Management: Help organise and share materials such as event schedules, speaker bios, and more.
• On‑site Event Coordination: Book hotels for speakers, secure venues, and arrange onsite logistics.

• Motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about women’s empowerment and business.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Interest or experience in social media and digital communication.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluent or proficient in written and spoken English (our working language).
• Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Canva, or Instagram is a plus.
