Maintenance Technician

Summary

Willow Wood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety, and performance of our production and facility equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform advanced installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems.

* Maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power.

* Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements.

* Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

* Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend improvements.

* Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and comply with OSHA and Willow Wood standards.

* May require overtime, weekends, or on-call availability.

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED.

* 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and in elevated work areas.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or technical certification.

* Experience with HVAC, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment.

* Familiarity with CMMS systems and backup power equipment.

* Forklift experience.
